Junior Sales Manager China

 

Your Tasks

In your position as a junior sales manager for the Chinese market, you will build relationships with prospective clients, mainly in China, to introduce NetRange and to pitch our Smart TV platform, build pipelines and identifying opportunities with prospective customers and fully understand customer recruitment patterns and requirements. You will also manage a range of ad-hoc projects which will include research into specific areas of the market and the introduction of new products and go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.

 

Your Profile

Working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment, we are looking for developers with a great deal of self-organisation and a strong hands-on mentality and this profile:

  • You are educated to degree level in a commercial or business related discipline such as Marketing or Business Studies
  • Ability to review and reflect sales performance and to improve future sales processes and approaches
  • Given the nature of the role, you have excellent interpersonal skills which enable you to build good working relationships at all levels, both within the customer base and with internal functions
  • You know your way around usual office software and use an organized and a structured work method
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; knowledge of German not required
  • Technical skills and experience is a plus

 

Additional Skills

Additionally, experience with any of the following is a bonus:

  • Server-side node.js application development (APIs)
  • Docker
  • Databases/SQL
  • Content Management Systems
  • Android (Java)
  • Dutch language
  • German language

 

Our Offer

We offer you a position in a small, motivated sales team with a lot of cross-disclipine discussions (e.g. with engineers and technical project managers) and a flat hierarchy. Also, we offer a competitive salary, five weeks paid vacation and flexible working times. While the position has been designed to be a full-time position, part-time employment may be an option, depending on all circum­stances.
